摘　　要：目的研究大剂量肾上腺素治疗急性心脏骤停的效果,观察并发症发生情况。方法选择2022年11月—2023年11月在本医院治疗急性心脏骤停的100例患者作为研究对象,以硬币投掷法分组,随机将其分入对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组采取阿托品+小剂量肾上腺素的用药方案,研究组采取阿托品+大剂量肾上腺素的用药方案。对比两组的复苏成功率、并发症发生率、复苏前和复苏24h后的格拉斯哥昏迷评分以及心跳、意识、自主呼吸和自主循环的恢复时间。结果研究组的复苏成功率比对照组高,并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组心跳、意识、自主呼吸和自主循环的恢复时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。对比两组复苏前的格拉斯哥昏迷评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比两组复苏24h后的格拉斯哥昏迷评分,研究组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论大剂量肾上腺素治疗急性心脏骤停效果显著、安全性高,可加快患者心跳、自主呼吸等功能的恢复速度,使患者意识恢复清醒。Objective To study effect of high-dose adrenaline in treatment of acute cardiac arrest and observe incidence of complications.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with acute cardiac arrest in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into two groups with coin toss method randomly,with 50 cases in each control group and study group.Control group was treated with atropine+low-dose adrenaline,while study group with atropine+highdose adrenaline.Success rate of resuscitation,incidence of complications,Glasgow Coma Scale before and 24 hours after resuscitation,recovery time of heartbeat,consciousness,spontaneous breathing,and spontaneous circulation were compared between two groups.Results Success rate of resuscitation in study group was higher than control group,and incidence of complications was lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Recovery time of heartbeat,consciousness,spontaneous breathing,and spontaneous circulation in study group was shorter than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Glasgow Coma Scores between two groups before resuscitation(P>0.05).Glasgow Coma Scores 24 hours after resuscitation in study group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose adrenaline treatment can achieve significant effect and high safety for acute cardiac arrest,can accelerate recovery speed of heartbeat,spontaneous breathing and other functions,and restore consciousness of patients.
