摘　　要：目的探讨温肾健脾汤加减治疗排卵障碍不孕症患者的效果。方法将2020年1月—2023年1月在本院治疗的76例排卵障碍不孕症患者随机分为两组,每组38例。对照组使用西医促排治疗;在此基础上,观察组使用温肾健脾汤加减治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度及卵泡发育指标、排卵及妊娠情况。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后卵泡成熟日的FSH及LH水平、子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡直径均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率、妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温肾健脾汤加减治疗排卵障碍不孕症的效果显著,能促进卵泡发育与成熟,调节血清LH和FSH水平,提高排卵率及妊娠率。Objective To explore curative effect of modified warming kidneys and tonifying spleen decoction on patients with ovulation disorders and infertility.Methods The paper chose 76 patients with ovulation disorders and infertility in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with western medicine ovulation induction treatment,while observation group with modified warming kidneys and tonifying spleen decoction.Clinical Effect,hormone levels,endometrial thickness and follicle development indicators,ovulation and pregnancy status were compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The FSH and LH levels,endometrial thickness,and dominant follicle diameter on the day of follicle maturation in observation group were higher than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified warming kidneys and tonifying spleen decoction can achieve significant curative effect on infertility caused by ovulation disorders,promote follicular development and maturation,regulate serum LH and FSH levels,and improve ovulation and pregnancy rates.
