醋酸亮丙瑞林微球与醋酸甲地孕酮联合治疗中枢性性早熟的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗中枢性性早熟的临床效果。方法以随机方式将2020年1月—2022年12月本院收治的70例中枢性性早熟患者予以分组研究,每组35例。其中,对照组采用醋酸甲地孕酮片治疗,观察组以此为基础,加入醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡成熟素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组子宫容积、卵巢容积、卵泡直径小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、类胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中枢性性早熟的治疗中,联合应用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球与醋酸甲地孕酮,可获得更佳疗效,利于改善患者的激素水平和血清指标。Objective To analyze clinical effect of acetate leuprorelin microspheres in treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty.Methods The paper divided 70 patients with idiopathic central precocious puberty in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 into groups,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets,while observation group with leuprorelin acetate microspheres on the basis.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results The LH,FSH,and E2 levels in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Uterine volume,ovarian volume,and follicle diameter of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acetate leuprorelin microspheres can achieve better curative effect,can improve hormone levels and serum indicators of patients with idiopathic central precocious puberty.
