玻璃酸钠联合膝关节镜清理术治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合膝关节镜清理术治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年10月本院收治的膝骨关节炎患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为2组,各40例。对照组采取膝关节镜清理术治疗,观察组则在膝关节镜清理术基础上采用玻璃酸钠治疗,并对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后炎症因子水平以及疼痛程度、膝关节功能与生活质量改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组总体治疗有效率明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。相较于治疗前,治疗后两组炎症因子水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于治疗前,两组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,膝关节Lysholm评分、关节炎生活质量测量量表2-短卷(AIMS2-SF)评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组患者的VAS评分更低,Lysholm评分、AIMS2-SF评分则更高(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合膝关节镜清理术治疗膝骨关节炎的效果显著,能有效缓解患者疼痛感,降低炎症因子水平,促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,有助于患者预后生活质量的提高。Objective To investigate effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with knee arthroscopic debridement in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023,and divided them into groups randomly with digital table method,with of 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with knee arthroscopic debridement,while observation group with sodium hyaluronate treatment on the basis of knee arthroscopic debridement.Curative effect was compared between two groups,levels of CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 were measured,inflammatory factors of patients were evaluated.At the same time,visual analog scale(VAS),knee Lysholm scores,and arthritis life quality measurement scale 2-short roll(AIMS2-SF)were used to evaluate improvement of pain,knee joint function and life quality of patients.Results Overall treatment effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group,(P<0.05).Levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were lower after treatment than before,(P<0.05),those of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).VAS scores of two groups were lower after treatment than before,Lysholm scores and AIMS2-SF scores increased,(P<0.05),and VAS scores of observation group were lower,while Lysholm scores and AIMS2-SF scores were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with arthroscopic knee debridement can achieve good effect for knee osteoarthritis,can relieve pains effectively,reduce levels of inflammatory factors,promote recovery of knee joint function,and improve life quali ty of patients.
