摘　　要：目的分析股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术治疗股骨转子下骨折的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2023年5月淮安市第一人民医院分院骨科收治的50例股骨转子下骨折患者为研究对象,按数字表法将其分为两组,各25例。对照组采取股骨近端锁定钢板固定术,观察组采取PFNA固定术,对比两组术后髋关节功能远期恢复情况、手术指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果相比对照组,观察组术中出血量明显减少,手术耗时、X线暴露时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。两组总有效率、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率对比,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论采用PFNA固定术治疗股骨转子下骨折,能够减少手术创伤,且术后未增加并发症发生情况,安全性可观,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze curative effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)on subtrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with subtrochanteric femoral fractures in Orthopedics Department of Huai'an City the First People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups with numerical table method,with 25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with proximal femoral locking plate fixation,while observation group with PFNA fixation.Long-term recovery of hip joint function,surgical indicators,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had more significant reduction in intraoperative bleeding,shortened surgical time,and X-ray exposure time than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Total effective rate,fracture healing time,and incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion PFNA fixation surgery can reduce surgical trauma of subtrochanteric femoral fractures,without increase of incidence of postoperative complications,which has considerable safety a nd high application value.
