养血祛风汤辅助治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨养血祛风汤辅助治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者的效果。方法将2023年1—12月在本院治疗的160例血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组,每组80例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上辅以养血祛风汤治疗,对比两组临床指标。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组湿疹面积和严重程度指数(EASI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)低于对照组,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素(IFN-γ)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血祛风汤辅助治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者的效果显著,能有效调节免疫炎症反应,缓解瘙痒,促进皮损消退,达到良好治疗效果。Objective To explore application value analysis of nourishing blood and dispelling wind decoction for patients with chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type as an adjuvant therapy.Methods The paper chose 160 chronic eczema patients of blood deficiency wind dryness type in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,while observation group with additional treatment of nourishing blood and dispelling wind decoction.Clinical indicators between two groups were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group,(P<0.05).After treatment,the EASI scores and VAS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,IL-4,and IL-6 in observation group were lower than control group,while IL-2 and IFN-γwere higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing blood and dispelling wind decoction can achieve significant application value and good curative effect for patients with chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type as an adjuvant therapy,can regulate immune inflammatory reactions,relieve itching,promote skin lesion regression effectively.
