中西医结合治疗肥胖型糖尿病前期的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析在肥胖型糖尿病前期的治疗中应用中西医结合方式的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月在本院就诊的肥胖型糖尿病前期患者60例为研究对象,根据治疗方式将其分为两组,每组30例。对照组采取西医治疗,观察组采取中西医结合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血脂水平差异并不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血液流变学指标水平比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血液流变学指标水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肥胖性糖尿病的临床实践中,采用中医和西药相结合的方法,能使患者各个时间段的血糖浓度得到明显控制,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of obesity type diabetes.Methods 60 cases of obese pre-diabetic patients in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Results:The effective rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05),the fasting blood glucose and glucose concentration at 2 hours after meal were higher in the observation group than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was significant(P<0.05)compared with the control group;the TC,TG,HDL-C of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the level of LDL-C was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)between the two groups;the change of hemorheology index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical practice of obese diabetes mellitus,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can make the blood glucose concentration of patients in various time periods be significantly controlled,worthy of promotion and application.
