癌痛规范化护理模式在老年肿瘤疼痛患者中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的探讨老年肿瘤疼痛患者应用癌痛规范化护理的效果。方法选取2020年9月—2023年10月本科收治的190例老年肿瘤疼痛患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(癌痛规范化护理模式)和对照组(常规护理),各95例。对其护理效果进行比较。结果观察组护理后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和对照组相比较低,疼痛持续时长和对照组相比均较短(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性、生活质量、护理满意度和对照组相比较高(P<0.05)。结论癌痛规范化护理可有效减轻老年肿瘤疼痛患者的疼痛状况和负面情绪,提升其治疗依从性,改善其生活质量,最终获得患者的满意评价。Objective To explore application effect of standardized nursing mode for cancer pain in elderly patients with cancer pain.Methods The paper chose 190 elderly patients with cancer pains in our department from September 2020 to October 2023,and divided them into observation group(treated with standardized cancer pain nursing model)and control group(with routine nursing)randomly,with 95 cases in each group.Nursing effect was compared.Results VAS scores,SDS scores and SAS scores in observation group after nursing were lower than control group,and duration of pain was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Treatment compliance,life quality,nursing satisfaction degree was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing model can alleviate pains and negative emotions of elderly cancer patients effectively,can improve treatment compliance,enhance life quality,and ultimately obtain satisfaction evaluation from patients.
