摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对经桡动脉全脑血管造影患者的影响。方法选取本院2022年5月—2023年6月收治的100名经桡动脉进行全脑血管造影患者,按照随机分配的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理满意度、患者出现负面症状的概率。结果观察组患者的护理满意分值高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组负面症状发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉全脑血管造影患者实施综合护理干预的效果较好,可有效减少造影后肿胀、疼痛、出血、穿刺口感染的发生,还可以加深患者对造影知识的了解程度,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,存在推广意义。Objective To analyze effect of nursing management for whole brain angiography via radial artery approach.Methods The paper chose 100 patients from May 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and the probability of negative symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the hemostatic time,operation time and postoperative recovery time of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;The dose of contrast agent used in the two groups was compared,P>0.05;After nursing,the understanding of contrast knowledge and nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group,P<0.05;The probability of negative symptoms in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can achieve good effect for patients with whole brain angiography via radial artery,can reduce incidence of swelling,pain,bleeding,and puncture site infection after angiography effectively,increase understanding of angiography knowledge,improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients,which has promotional significance.
