基于零缺陷理念的临床护理路径在急诊有机磷农药中毒患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在急诊有机磷农药中毒患者中采取基于零缺陷理念的临床护理路径(CNP)的作用。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月该院急诊收治的有机磷农药中毒患者49例作为对照组(采取常规护理干预),选取2022年7月至2023年7月该院急诊收治的有机磷农药中毒患者49例作为观察组(采取基于零缺陷理念的CNP干预)。比较2组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者各项临床相关指标均明显优于对照组,护理缺陷[4.08%(2/49)vs.16.33(8/49)]、并发症发生率[6.12%(3/49)vs.20.41%(10/49)]均明显低于对照组,患者满意度评分[(85.59±4.21)分]明显高于对照组[(82.28±4.16)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于零缺陷理念的CNP干预可提高急诊有机磷农药中毒患者救治效果,降低护理缺陷、并发症发生率,进而提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the role of the Clinical Nursing Pathway(CNP)based on the zero-defect concept in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the emergency department.Methods A total of 49 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to the department of emergency of the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the control group(receiving conventional nursing intervention),and 49 patients admitted from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the observation group(receiving CNP intervention based on the zero-defect concept).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical indicators of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with a significantly lower incidence of nursing defects[4.08%(2/49)vs.16.33(8/49)]and complications[6.12%(3/49)vs.20.41%(10/49)],and significantly[(85.59±4.21)points]higher patient satisfaction scores[(82.28±4.16)points].The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CNP intervention based on the zero-defect concept can improve the treatment effect of emergency patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,reduce the incidence of nursing defects and complications,and thereby enhance patient satisfaction.
