摘  要:阿联酋铁路二期C标段支线JBL17+696铁路桥共37跨,其中8跨为钢桁梁,钢桁梁跨越迪拜重要的陆上交通通道E11高速公路、下穿迪拜红线轻轨,且桥址毗邻繁忙的杰贝阿里港,安全要求高、交通组织困难、施工场地作业空间及施工时间受限。通过施工方案比选,采用基于模块拖车的钢桁梁快速架设施工方案,即钢桁梁采用厂内焊接、现场节段拼装、模块拖车转运架设、上部结构与下部结构平行施工。通过合理进行拼装现场区域选址与运梁路径规划降低施工对周边的影响;钢桁梁分为多个结构单元在车间进行独立加工焊接,在现场拼装平台上进行结构单元拼装,同时进行桥墩、桩基施工,实现了上、下部结构平行施工,有效缩短了工期;利用模块拖车自身多工况行走、多方位转向和液压升降等功能,实现钢桁梁的快速转运和落梁安装,并利用同步千斤顶系统落梁,节省道路占用时间,提高了落梁安装精度。The rail bridge JBL17+696 of Etihad Rail Package 2C branch line consists of 37 spans,among which,a portion of 8 spans of steel trusses crosses the E11 highway that serves as a critical land transportation corridor in Dubai,and accommodates rail traffic below the Dubai Metro Red Line.Adjacent to Jebel Ali Port,the bridge faced diverse construction challenges,including stringent safety requirements,complex TTM,limited construction space and tight construction schedule.It was selected to accelerate the erection of the steel trusses using the self-propelled modular transporters(SPMTs).The steel trusses were welded from individual components into segments in the factory,transported to the bridge site by SMPTs for assembly on specific on-site platforms,at the same time,the construction of the piers and foundation piles were performed,to achieve the parallel construction of the superstructure and the substructure.The assembly yard and transportation routes for the trusses were planned with great awareness of the environmental issues.The SPMTs suit diverse terrains,steer flexibly,and perform lifting and lowering operations by a hydraulic system,to achieve the accelerated transportation,and lowering of the steel trusses with a jack system,thereby reducing the road occupancy time and improving the installation accuracy of the steel trusses.
