摘 要:紫云大桥为江西省丰城市内跨越赣江的重要桥梁工程,主线桥梁长约3.7 km,由跨赣江主通航孔桥、水中引桥、陆上引桥,以及立交、匝道、梯坡道桥等组成。主通航孔桥采用主跨180 m的水滴型桥塔空间索面自锚式悬索桥,水中引桥和陆上引桥分别采用双边箱组合梁和组合钢板梁结构。跨江段桥梁采用双层桥面布置,上层机动车道、下层人行和非机动车道的功能性设计增强了慢行过江体验感。主线桥梁均采用钢-混组合梁结构,避免了钢桥面疲劳和铺装易损难题,且施工便捷,对周围环境影响较小;陆上桥梁合理采用新型预制装配式组合钢板梁、UHPC湿接缝,提高了经济性、耐久性和施工效率,降低了全寿命周期内的维护成本。结合近远期规划,预留了远期高架桥延伸实施条件。Ziyun Bridge is a vital Ganjiang River crossing in Fengcheng City,Jiangxi Province,which consists of a main navigation channel bridge,a river approach,a land approach as well as the connecting interchange,ramps and stairways,with the mainline length reaching about 3.7 km.The main navigation channel bridge is a self-anchored suspension bridge with a main span of 180 m,two waterdrop-shaped towers,and spatial cable planes.The in-water and land approaches are the composite girder structure with double lateral steel box girders,cross beams and concrete slabs and the composite girder of steel I-section plate girders and concrete slabs,respectively.The river-crossing portion of the bridge has two levels of decks,where the upper deck carries vehicle lanes and the lower deck accommodates pedestrians and cyclists.The mainline portion of the bridge adopts the steel-concrete composite structure,to mitigate the fatigue of steel girders and the damages of deck pavement,facilitate construction and bring the least disturbance to the surroundings.The land portion of the bridge takes the new-type prefabricated steel plate girders and UHPC-filled cast-in-place stitches to improve the economy,durability and construction efficiency,as well as to reduce the life-cycle maintenance costs.Future viaduct expansion is also considered for the bridge.
