摘  要:常泰长江大桥主航道桥为主跨1208 m的钢桁梁斜拉桥,采用钢-混混合结构空间钻石型桥塔。桥塔上塔柱采用钢箱-核芯混凝土组合索塔锚固结构,内设多组钢锚箱与索导管形成交叉锚固体系。针对索塔交叉锚固体系钢锚箱及锚孔空间位置与斜交角度精确定位难度大、分段式索导管精确定位与同心度要求高等制造难点,在上塔柱制造过程中的零件下料、板单元制作、块体拼焊、块体水平预拼装工序环节,采用参数化建模、对称交替小线能量多层多道焊接工艺、块体整体机加工、专用测量工装定位等关键技术,对钢锚箱、锚孔及索导管空间位置与斜交角度进行精准控制,实现了全桥钢塔77个块体共1150个交叉锚固体系特征点的高精度定位(偏差值≤5 mm),有效保证了索塔交叉锚固体系的制造精度。The main navigational channel bridge of Changtai Changjiang River Bridge is a steel truss cable-stayed bridge,featuring the two steel-concrete composite spatial diamond-shaped pylons that create a main span of 1208 m.The upper pylon columns are special steel box-core concrete composite structures that contain multiple pairs of steel anchor boxes and crossed cable conduits.The key construction challenges include the accurate control of the spatial positions of the steel anchor boxes as well as the inclination angles of the cable conduits,and additionally the manufacturing difficulties associated with the critical requirements for precise positioning and concentricity of the segmented cable conduits.Multiple technologies,including parametric modelling,symmetrical and alternating small energy input multi-pass welding technology,integral segment manufacturing,and tailored measurement positioning were performed in the key processes,for instance the material feeding,plate element manufacturing,component assembly and welding,and the horizontal preassembly and positioning of components.1150 characteristic points in 77 steel pylon segments were accurately positioned(with bias≤5 mm),ensuring the manufacturing accuracy of the crossed anchoring of stay cables in the cable-pylon anchorage zones.
