摘　　要：目的 探讨胃充盈超声诊断冠心病患者胃良性疾病的临床价值。方法 选取我院合并胃良性疾病的冠心病患者63例,应用胃充盈超声诊断胃良性疾病,并与胃镜/病理结果进行一致性分析。结果 胃充盈超声检查诊断胃息肉、胃溃疡准确率分别为81.8%、85.7%,与胃镜/病理结果的一致性较好(Kappa=0.879、0.913,均P<0.05);诊断胃炎准确率为73.3%,与胃镜/病理结果的一致性一般(Kappa=0.611,P<0.05)。结论 胃充盈超声在诊断冠心病患者胃良性疾病方面有一定临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of gastric filling ultrasound in diagnosing benign gastric diseases in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Sixty-three patients with CHD and benign gastric diseases treated in our hospital were selected.Gastric filling ultrasound was used to diagnose benign gastric diseases,and the results were compared with gastroscopy/pathology for consistency analysis.Results The diagnostic accuracy of gastric filling ultrasonography for gastric polyps and gastric ulcers were 81.8%and 85.7%,respectively,with good consistency with gastroscopy/pathology(Kappa=0.879,0.913,both P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy for gastritis was 73.3%,with moderate consistency with gastroscopy/pathology(Kappa=0.611,P<0.05).Conclusion Gastric filling ultrasound has a certain value in diagnosing benign gastric diseases in patients with CHD.
