高性能防弹复合材料在软质防弹衣中的应用

摘　　要：概述纤维复合材料的防弹机理,介绍了芳纶Ⅱ防弹材料、芳纶Ⅲ防弹材料、超高分子量聚乙烯防弹材料、PBO防弹材料及剪切增稠液防弹材料的性能特点及其在软质防弹衣中的应用。指出为满足未来对软质防护材料轻量化、高防护、舒适性的要求,树脂基高性能纤维增强复合防弹材料将成为新型防弹材料的研究热点,仅单一高性能纤维增强复合材料将难以满足未来对防弹材料的要求,混杂纤维防弹复合材料综合性能优异,未来会成为防弹材料的研究方向。The bulletproof mechanism of fiber composites is summarized,and the properties of Aramid II bullet-proof material.Aramid II bullet-proof material,ultra high molecular weight polyethylene bullet-proof material,PBO bullet-proof material and shear thickening fluid bullet-proof material are introduced.It is pointed out that in order to meet the requirements of lightweight,high protection and comfort of soft protective materials in the future,high performance fiber reinforced bulletproof composite based on resin will become the research hotspot of new bulletproof materials,it is dfficult to meet the requirement of bulletproof material in the future if only high performance fiber reinforced composites are used.Hybrid fiber bulletproof composites will become the research direction of bulletproof material in the future.
