摘 要:采用静电纺丝及沉积沉淀技术,将Au纳米颗粒沉积到氮掺杂TiO_(2)纳米纤维表面,成功制备出具有优良可见光响应的Au/N-TiO_(2)光催化剂,并对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,对比原始TiO_(2)纳米纤维及氮掺杂TiO_(2)纳米纤维催化剂,Au/N-TiO_(2)复合纤维对罗丹明B和亚甲基蓝的降解率更高;在暗反应过后10 min的光反应,Au/N-TiO_(2)催化亚甲基蓝降解率能够达到98%,罗丹明B能达到96%;将Au/N-TiO_(2)用于光催化产双氧水同步棉织物漂白,其催化双氧水产量达288μmol/L,并能有效提高棉织物白度;机理分析表明,N掺杂和Au纳米颗粒的等离子共振效应(SPR)拓宽了复合纳米纤维催化剂的可见光响应范围,增强了光催化活性。Using electrospinning and deposition techniques,Au/N-TiO_(2)photocatalysts with excellent visible-light response had been successfully synthesized by prepared by deposited Au NPs on the surface of N-doped TiO_(2)nanofibers,and the catalysts were characterized.The results show that the degradation rate of rhodamine B and methylene blue for Au/N-TiO_(2)nano fibers is higher than that of original TiO_(2)and N-TiO_(2)nanofibers.After the dark reaction,the degradation rate of methylene blue catalyzed by Au/N-TiO_(2)can reach 98%,and rhodamine B reaches 96%within 10 minutes in the light reaction.Au/N-TiO_(2)is used to produce hydrogen peroxide for synchronous bleaching of cotton fabrics firstly.The hydrogen peroxide production reaches 288μmol/L and whiteness of cotton fabrics could be improved by using Au/N-TiO_(2).The mechanism analysis shows that N doped and the plasma resonance effect(SPR)of Au NPs can widen the visible light response range of the composite nanofiber catalyst,thus enhancing the photocatalytic activity.
