摘　　要：解析YY/T1871-2023《医用隔离衣》标准,从适用范围与分级,医用隔离衣结构、外观与缝制要求,及医用隔离衣性能要求3方面,对比分析YY/T1871-2023与国内外相关标准间差异,提出合理化建议。指出YY/T1871-2023发布和实施利于规范医用隔离衣生产和使用,认为增加接缝强力、耐磨、撕破等物理机械性能指标以及阻燃性能、生物相容性等安全性能指标考核,更有利于标准推广和有效实施。The YY/T 1871-2023"Isolation gowns for medical use"standard was analyzed.In terms of application scope and classification,structure,appearance and sewing requirements and performance requirements of medical isolation clothing,the similarities and differences between the YY/T 1871-2023 standard and relative domestic and intermational standards were compared and analyzed,and the reasonable suggestions were proposed.It points out that the issue and implementation of YY/T 18712023 is beneficial to standardize the production and use of isolation gowns for medical use.It shows that adding mechanical performance indicators such as seam strength,abrasion resistance and tear strength,as well as the assessment of safety requirements indicators such as flame redardance and biocompatibility,will be more conducive to the promotion and effective implementation of the standard.
