生肌促愈汤联合揿针二白穴改善混合痔术后疼痛、水肿及创面愈合的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生肌促愈汤联合揿针二白穴改善混合痔术后疼痛、水肿及创面愈合的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2022年1月~2022年12月期间广州中医药大学附属宝安中医院收治的98例混合痔术后患者分为对照组(49例,常规西医治疗)和治疗组(49例,常规西医治疗结合生肌促愈汤联合揿针二白穴治疗)。对比两组疼痛、水肿、创面愈合情况。结果:术后1周、术后2周,治疗组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、水肿评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生肌促愈汤联合揿针二白穴可有效改善混合痔术后疼痛、水肿,促进创面愈合。Objective:To observe the effect of shengji cuyu decoction combined with thumbtack needle erbai point on improving pain,edema and wound healing after mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods:98 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in Bao'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control group(49 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and treatment group(49 cases,conventional western medicine treatment combine with shengji cuyu decoction combine with thumbtack needle erbai point treatment)by random number table method.The changes of pain,edema,wound healing were compared between two groups.Results:1 week after operation and 2 weeks after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and edema score in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The healing time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengji cuyu decoction combined with thumbtack needle erbai point can effectively improve the postoperative pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids,promote wound healing.
