塞来昔布胶囊联合洛索洛芬钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析不同药物单项及联合治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年8月在郑州市第九人民医院骨科病区进行治疗的166例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,分为洛索组、胶囊联合组。洛索组采用洛索洛芬钠治疗,胶囊联合组使用塞来昔布胶囊联合洛索洛芬钠治疗,均在治疗前与治疗后1个月对比相关指标,检测骨代谢指标、炎症因子指标;膝关节功能评分、关节活动度、不良反应发生率、临床疗效。结果:胶囊联合组治疗总有效率高于洛索组(P<0.05);胶囊联合组炎症因子水平低于洛索组,联合组关节活动度、骨代谢指标水平及膝关节功能评分高于洛索组(P<0.05)。结论:塞来昔布胶囊联合洛索洛芬钠治疗膝骨性关节炎具有显著的治疗效果,有效改善膝关节功能。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of celecoxib capsules combined with losuloprofen sodium in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 166 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in the Orthopaedic ward of Zhengzhou Ninth People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into Loso group and capsule combination group,In the so group,when treated with loselprofin sodium and capsule combination group/celecoxib capsules combined with loselprofin sodium,relevant indicators were compared before treatment and 1 month after treatment to detect bone metabolism and inflammatory factors;knee function score,joint mobility,incidence of adverse reactions and clinical effects.Results:The total response rate was higher than the injection group(P<0.05);the level of inflammatory factors in the capsule group was lower than the losso group,and the joint mobility,bone metabolism index level and knee function score were higher than the combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion:By comparing the results of knee function before and after treatment,it is concluded that celecoxib capsule combined with losoprofen sodium can treat knee osteoarthritis and effectively improve knee function.
