摘  要:借助PSpice封装了理想约瑟夫森结器件,并在advanced design system(ADS)中分别构建了直流超导量子干涉器件(DC-SQUID)和射频超导量子干涉器件(RF-SQUID)的等效电路模型,分别仿真得到了DCSQUID和RF-SQUID典型的响应特性等,仿真结果与理论分析契合.首次在ADS中仿真验证了超导量子干涉器件的特性,丰富了仿真方法,为SQUID器件设计时的参数调整提供了便利和支持.The Josephson junction device was packaged with PSpice,and the equivalent circuit models of DC-SQUID and RF-SQUID were respectively constructed in the Advanced Design System(ADS).The typical response curves of DC-SQUID were simulated,the typical hysteresis response characteristics of RF-SQUID were simulated and the simulation results agreed with the theoretical analysis.It is the first time to simulate and verify the characteristics of SQUID in ADS,which enriches the simulation ways of superconducting Josephson junction devices and provides convenience for parameter adjustment during SQUID device design.
