大补阴丸联合促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂治疗女童性早熟临床研究  

Clinical Study on Dabuyin Pills Combined with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Antagonists for Girls with Precocious Puberty

摘　　要：目的:观察大补阴丸联合促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂治疗女童性早熟的临床效果。方法:92例性早熟女童患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各46例。对照组给予促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂治疗,观察组给予大补阴丸联合促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、性激素指标、甲状腺功能指标及卵巢容积、子宫容积、乳房核直径。观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候评分及血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),卵巢容积、子宫容积、乳房核直径减小(P<0.05),且观察组中医证候评分及各性激素指标、甲状腺功能指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),卵巢容积、子宫容积、乳房核直径小于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:大补阴丸联合促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂治疗女童性早熟,能够有效调节患儿性激素水平,改善甲状腺功能,减轻性早熟症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dabuyin Pills combined with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Antagonists on girls with precocious puberty.Methods:A total of 92 girls with precocious puberty were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Antagonists,and the observation group was treated with Dabuyin Pills combined with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Antagonists.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,sex hormone indexes,thyroid function indexes,ovarian volume,uterine volume and breast nucleus diameter were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and ovarian volume,uterine volume and breast nucleus diameter were decreased(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores and all sex hormone indexes and thyroid function indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the ovarian volume,uterine volume and breast nucleus diameter were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The therapy of Dabuyin Pills combined with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Antagonists can effectively regulate the levels of sex hormone,improve thyroid function and alleviate the symptoms of girls with precocious puberty.
