红藤散结汤联合左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗慢性子宫内膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察红藤散结汤联合左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗慢性子宫内膜炎的临床疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将98例慢性子宫内膜炎患者分为试验组和对照组各49例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗,试验组给予红藤散结汤联合左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、子宫内膜厚度及血清炎症因子水平;比较2组临床疗效、月经恢复正常及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组总有效率89.80%,高于对照组61.22%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候评分及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较治疗前降低(P>0.05),子宫内膜厚度增加(P<0.05);试验组中医证候评分及各血清炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组月经量正常率、月经时长正常率及月经周期正常率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红藤散结汤联合左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液治疗慢性子宫内膜炎疗效确切,能够使患者月经恢复正常,增加子宫内膜厚度,调节机体炎症因子水平,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the combination use of Hongteng Sanjie Decoction and Levofloxacin and Sodium Chloride Injection on chronic endometritis and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 98 patients with chronic endometritis were divided into the trial group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levofloxacin and Sodium Chloride Injection,and the trial group was treated with Hongteng Sanjie Decoction combined with Levofloxacin and Sodium Chloride Injection.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,endometrial thickness and levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment,and the clinical effects,recovery of normal menstruation and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 89.80%in the trial group,higher than that of 61.22%in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores and levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness was elevated(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores and levels of serum inflammatory factors in the trial group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The normal rates of menstrual volume,menstrual duration and menstrual cycle in the trial group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination use of Hongteng Sanjie Decoction and Levofloxacin and Sodium Chloride Injection has a definite curative effect on chronic endometritis and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors,which can restore the normal menstruation,increase the endometrial thickness,and regulate th
