褚氏安胎方的安胎作用及临床应用浅析

摘　　要：胎漏、胎动不安是妊娠常见病,褚玉霞教授根据多年临床经验,认为其病机多为脾肾两虚、热扰胎动,提出补肾培脾、养阴清热安胎法,拟订褚氏安胎方治疗胎漏、胎动不安诸症,疗效显著。Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy and restless fetuses are common diseases in pregnancy.Based on years of clinical experience,Professor CHU Yuxia believes that their pathogenesis is mostly the spleen-kidney deficiency and restless fetus due to heat harassment.She proposed the methods of supplementing the kidney and spleen,and nourishing yin and clearing heat to stabilize the fetus,and formulated the CHU's Antai Prescription to treat various symptoms of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy and restless fetuses,with significant therapeutic effects.
