摘　　要：脊柱疾病发病率高,是临床及科学研究的重点。筋骨理论是中医骨伤科的基石理论,体现在骨伤科疾病诊治各个阶段。古今论著对筋骨关系均有论述,但尚不能完备。文章具体化了脊柱筋骨理论的生物力学内涵,认为在筋骨平衡状态下,筋与骨协调发挥生物力学功能,提供脊柱完成功能所需动力及静力。当脊柱部分结构损伤后,应力转移至其他结构,导致筋伤及骨、骨病及筋的恶性循环。治疗上应重建生理平衡,并贯彻“筋骨并重”的理念,治筋不忘治骨,治骨不忘护筋。Spinal diseases have a high incidence rate,as well as a key focus of clinical and scientific research.The theory of tendon-bone is the cornerstone of traditional Chinese orthopedics,which is reflected in every stage of diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases.Both ancient and modern literature have discussed the relationship between tendons and bones,but the theory is still not complete.This article specifies the biomechanical connotation of the theory of spinal tendon-bone,stating that under the balance of tendons and bones,the coordination of biological mechanical functions is exerted,providing the dynamic and static forces required for the spinal function.When a part of the spinal structure is damaged,stress is transferred to other structures,leading to a vicious cycle of bone diseases and tendon damage.Treatment should aim to break the pathological balance,restore physiological balance,and adhere to the principle of‘emphasizing on bone and soft tissue treatment’.Treatment of tendons should not forget the treatment of bones,and treatment of bones should not forget to protect tendons.
