摘　　要：《中国中医古籍总目》(以下简称《总目》)是目前最为广泛使用的大型中医古籍联合目录,而此书出版距今已将近20年,且随着全国古籍普查登记工作的不断深入,学界在使用此书的过程中陆续发现其中存在讹误。文章经实地调研及进一步文献考查发现,《总目》有16种儿科类古籍分别在书名、卷数、作者、成书年、收藏馆及归类等方面存在讹误,通过订正这些讹误并分析其产生原因,以期进一步完善《总目》,并为中医古籍调研工作提供借鉴,以及助力收藏馆古籍普查。Zhongguo Zhongyi Guji Zongmu(hereinafter referred to as Zongmu)is a large union catalogue of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)ancient books which is most widely used,however,since it has been published for almost 20 years,and with the continuous deepening of the national census and registration of ancient books,the community found its mistakes successively.This passage found that 16 pediatric ancient books exist mistakes respectively in title,volume,author,completion time,collection hall,classification and so on,based on field research and the further literature search.By correcting these mistakes and analysing the cause,to improve the Zongmu,and provide reference for the research work to TCM ancient books,and boost the general investigation to ancient books of collection hall.
