摘　　要：井穴记载始于《黄帝内经》,为经气始发之处,又为表里两经交汇之处,此与络脉通表里两经相暗合。随着后续针灸学的发展,定位略有变化。文章探讨井穴的内涵和历史沿革,明确其通络作用。笔者通过梳理井穴和络病之间的关系,试从井穴通络,主邪克于络,治疗脏腑病证、厥证、疫病、五窍病、治未病等方面进行论述,以期能更灵活地处理井穴定位和选用,扩大针灸井穴的主治范围。Jing acupoints were first recorded in the Huangdi Neijing,which is the origin of the meridian qi and the intersection of the two meridians of exterior and interior,which is in combination with the two meridians exterior and interior in collaterals.With the subsequent development of acupuncture,the positioning has changed slightly.This paper discusses the connotation and historical evolution of the Jing acupoints,and clarifies its collateral connection function.By sorting out the relationship between Jing acupoints and collateral disease,the authors try to discuss the collaterals,treat the main evil in the collaterals,the treatment of viscera disease syncope syndrome epidemic disease in order to handle the location and selection of Jing acupoints more flexibly,and expand the main scope of acupuncture Jing acupoints.
