由“变证”之辩探究张仲景病证分类的逻辑思路

摘　　要：中医经典文献中,“变证”一词有多种含义,若不加厘清规范,难免对辨证论治的思路产生理念上的误解。笔者基于中医证治分类的系统化研究,试对古今各种“变证”的具体所指,进行逻辑概念的解析,继而发现张仲景疾病分类方法中的两种重要角度。在厘清并规范病证辨治内容的主证、变证、兼证、类似证的分类关系后,最终明确张仲景病证分类的逻辑思路。The term‘variable syndrome’has a variety of meanings in classical Chinese medicine literature.It is inevitable to have conceptual misunderstanding on the idea of differentiation and treatment of syndrome,if the‘variable syndrome’is not clarified and standardized.Based on the systematic research on the classification and treatments of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the authors try to analyze the logical concept of the specific meaning of various‘variable syndrome’.Then two important perspectives in ZHANG Zhongjing’s approach to differentiation and classification of disease are found.After clarifying and standardizing the classification relationship of main syndrome,variable syndrome,accompanied syndrome and similar syndrome in the content of diagnosis and treatment,the ZHANG Zhongjing’s logical idea of classification of disease and syndrome was finally clarified.
