摘　　要：裂纹舌,作为反映患者脏腑虚实和气血盛衰的舌形特征之一,在临床诊断中多快速判断裂纹存在与否,少有深入讨论分析。文章从“裂纹”二字释义开始,梳理了直到裂纹舌一词出现并应用于疾病诊断的历史源流及近现代发展,对中医理论指导下的裂纹舌成因进行了解析,指明了裂纹舌在舌诊中如何辅助辨别病位,提出在疾病尤其是慢性疾病中或可以详细区分舌裂与舌纹,以期提高研究者对舌裂纹特征的重视与应用,为疾病诊疗、证候辨识及演变规律探究展开新路径。Cracked tongue,as one of the tongue shape characteristics reflecting the deficiency and excess of Zang Fu organs and the rise and fall of qi and blood,is often used to quickly determine the existence of cracks in clinical diagnosis,and there is little in-depth discussion and analysis.Starting from the definition of the word‘crack’,this paper combs the historical origin and modern development of the word‘crack tongue’until its emergence and application in disease diagnosis,analyzes the causes of crack tongue under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,points out how crack tongue can help identify the disease position in tongue diagnosis,and proposes that crack tongue and tongue lines can be distinguished in detail in diseases,especially chronic diseases,in order to improve researchers’attention and application of the characteristics of crack tongue lines,It is a new path for disease diagnosis and treatment,syndrome identification and evolution law exploration.
