摘　　要：文章总结了国医大师班秀文治疗滑胎经验。班老认为滑胎的病因有虚、有实,以虚为主,主要包括:肾脾两虚,胎失系藏而堕;气血虚弱,胎失依附而堕;内热伤损,冲任不固而堕;瘀血内阻,胎失荫养而堕;外因致病,孕卵死亡而堕。班老防治滑胎的主要思想有:未孕先治,预培其损;既孕防病,已病早治;注重摄生,防漏安胎;配偶同治,孕而能壮;衷中参西,西为中用。通过总结,为今后诊治滑胎提供了新的思路,有益于临床及名医经验的传承。This paper summarizes the experience of TCM master BAN Xiuwen in treating habitual abortion.Mr BAN believed that the causes of habitual abortion include deficiency and excess,with deficiency being the main factor,mainly including:deficiency of the kidney and spleen,and miscarriage due to the loss of fetal system function;Weakness of qi and blood leads to fetal loss of attachment and abortion;Damage caused by internal heat,resulting in unstable Chongren and falling;Blood stasis and internal obstruction lead to miscarriage due to the loss of shelter and nourishment of the fetus;Abortion due to external causes of illness,death of pregnant eggs.The main ideas of Mr BAN in preventing and treating habitual abortion include:treating before pregnancy and pre cultivating its damage part;Prevention of pregnancy and early treatment of existing diseases;Pay attention to health preservation and prevent miscarriage;Treating spouse together,can conceive and have a strong fetus;Intergrating Chinese and Western medicine,and the Western medicine is used by Chinese medicine.By summarizing,new ideas are provided for the future diagnosis and treatment of habitual abortion,which is beneficial for the inheritance of clinical and renowned medical experience.
