摘　　要：总结国医大师刘尚义教授从膜辨治女科阴疮的临证经验。从女科阴疮与“膜病”的关系、女科阴疮的病机及用药特点三个方面对膜病理论的应用进行了探讨;在疡科经验的基础上,形成了独特的膜病辨证思维体系。其临证用药不拘泥于疡科,注重风药、虫类药与引经药的运用,独具特色,对女科阴疮的诊治有较大的指导作用。Professor LIU Shangyi’s clinical experience in the treatment of female vulvar ulcers according to the mucosal theory is summarized.The application of the mucosal theory is analyzed from the relationship between female vulvar ulcers and mucosal diseases,the pathogenesis,and medication characteristics of female vulvar ulcers.Based on the experience with skin diseases,a unique mucosal theory system is formed.LIU Shangyi’s clinical medication is unique,not limited to the scope of skin diseases,and attaches great importance to the use of wind,insect,and meridian drugs.This academic thought has a great guiding role in the treatment of female vulvar ulcers.
