国医大师陈民藩从三焦湿热论治痔病经验

摘　　要：文章从“三焦湿热”的角度浅析国医大师陈民藩教授论治痔病的经验。阐述了“三焦湿热”的发生发展过程,以及湿热下注魄门、化燥伤血,形成痔病的演变规律。陈民藩教授提出痔病当内外并治,内治兼顾三焦,以通为用,辅以凉燥,兼以理中,以本治标;外治当以汤液熏洗,膏剂涂覆,直达病所,以标治本。标本同治,药术结合,既改善痔病脱出、下血、肿胀、瘙痒等症状,又可使人体达到“调和”的状态,减少疾病复发。The article analyses the experience of professor CHEN Minfan,a TCM master,in treating haemorrhoids from the perspective of‘damp heat in the Tri-jiao’.The article explains the process of the development of‘damp heat in the Tri-jiao’and the evolution of damp-heat downstream into the pulmonary gate,causing dryness and injury to blood,resulting in haemorrhoids.Professor CHEN Minfan proposes that haemorrhoids should be treated both internally and externally,with the internal treatment taking into account the Tri-jiao,using the‘Tong’as a means of circulation,supplemented by cooling and drying,and also using the center-regulating to treat the symptoms;the external treatment should be done by fumigation with decoction and ointment to reach the disease and treat the symptoms.A combination of TCM and surgery to treat both the symptoms and the root cause of haemorrhoids such as prolapse,bleeding,swelling and itching,as well as bring the body into a state of‘harmony’and reduce recurrence.
