摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎被认为是胃癌前病变。慢性萎缩性胃炎“炎癌转化”是幽门螺杆菌长期感染导致胃炎转化为胃癌的病理过程。刘燕池教授以朱丹溪的“阳有余而阴不足论”为指导,结合现代医学研究,临证以滋阴解毒法为根本大法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎“炎癌转化”,效果显著。具体思路为养阴血、清相火,兼化痰湿瘀毒之邪。文章总结刘燕池教授辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎“炎癌转化”的经验,并介绍刘燕池教授自拟的“滋阴解毒方”,通过验案分享,以供临床参考。Chronic atrophic gastritis is considered as precancerous lesions.Chronic atrophic gastritis‘inflammation and cancer transformation’is the pathological process of gastritis transforming into gastric cancer caused by long-term infection of Helicobacter pylori.Professor LIU Yanchi,guided by ZHU Danxi’s theory of‘excess of yang and deficiency of yin’,combined with modern medical research,has taken the method of nourishing yin and detoxicating as the fundamental method to treat chronic atrophic gastritis‘inflammation and cancer transformation’,with remarkable effect.The specific idea is to nourish yin and blood,clear phase and fire,and eliminate the evil of phlegm,dampness,stasis and poison.This paper summarizes professor LIU Yanchi’s experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis‘inflammation and cancer transformation’for the first time,and introduces professor LIU Yanchi’s‘Ziyin Jiedu Recipe’,which is prepared by professor LIU Yanchi himself,and provides an example explanation through a case study for clinical reference.
