摘　　要：髌下脂肪垫损伤(IFP)是各种因素刺激造成的急、慢性髌下脂肪垫的无菌性炎症,以膝关节疼痛及活动受限为主要临床表现。目前IFP的临床治疗方法以非手术治疗为主,针刀是其主要治疗方法之一。目前国内外尚无IFP针刀临床诊疗指南,本工作组由中华中医药学会支持,组织国内临床医学专家、方法学专家和循证医学专家等共同参与,对髌下脂肪垫的定义、诊断、鉴别诊断及针刀治疗的具体内容进行阐述。本指南对于指导临床医师安全、有效地运用针刀治疗IFP具有重要意义。Infrapatellar fat pad injury(IFP)is acute and chronic aseptic inflammation caused by various factors.The main clinical symptoms are knee pain and movement limitation.At present,the main clinical treatment for IFP is non-surgical treatment,and acupotomy is one of the main treatment methods.At present,there are no clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of infrapatellar fat pad injury.Supported by the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we organized domestic clinical medical experts,methodological experts and evidence-based medicine experts to participate in the discussion on the definition,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of IFP as well as the specific contents of the acupotomy treatment.This guideline is of great significance for guiding clinicians to safely and effectively use acupotomy for the treatment of IFP.
