摘　　要：从龙胆中分离得到的龙胆苦苷是环烯醚萜类化合物的重要代表,龙胆苦苷及其代谢物具有良好的治疗特性和较少不良反应,已越来越多的用于基础研究和临床治疗中。文章对龙胆苦苷的药理学特性和生物活性进行了全面和建设性的分析,综合总结了龙胆苦苷在免疫相关疾病中的生物利用活性,综述了龙胆苦苷影响人体病理、生理的作用机制及其影响慢性疾病的分子机制,为今后的科学研究和临床应用提供理论支持。Gentiopicrin isolated from Gentianae radix et rhizoma is an important representative of iridoid compounds.Gentiopicroside and its metabolites have good therapeutic properties and few side effects,and have been used more and more in basic research and clinical treatment.A comprehensive and constructive analysis of the pharmacological properties and biological activities of gentiopicrin is conducted.In this paper,the bioavailability of gentiopicroside in immune-related diseases is summarized,and how the bioavailability of gentiopicroside in immune-related diseases was summarized and the role of its molecular pathway in the therapeutic effects on human pathology and chronic diseases was examined,so as to provide theoretical support for future scientific research and clinical application.
