中药淫羊藿质量标志物研究进展

摘　　要：淫羊藿具有补肾阳、强筋骨、祛风湿的功效。文章通过查阅国内外文献,对淫羊藿化学成分、道地性分析技术手段进行综述,同时结合中药质量标志物的概念,对淫羊藿质量标志物进行了预测分析,认为8位有异戊烯基的黄酮醇及其苷类、中性和酸性多糖、生物碱、长链脂肪酸、微量元素锌和锰等可能是淫羊藿的质量标志物,为淫羊藿的质量评价和临床治疗等提供科学依据。Epimedium has the effects such as tonify kidney yang,strengthening bones and muscles,and dispelling wind and dampness.In this paper,the chemical composition and geo-herbalism analysis techniques of Epimedium were reviewed by consulting domestic and foreign literature.At the same time,combined with the concept of quality markers of traditional Chinese medicine,the quality markers of Epimedium were predicted and analyzed.It is suggested that eight isopentenyl flavonoids and flavonoid glycoside,neutral and acid polysaccharides,alkaloids,long-chain fatty acids,trace elements zinc and manganese might be the quality markers of Epimedium,which provides a scientific basis for the quality evaluation and clinical treatment of Epimedium.
