摘　　要：特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种临床常见的间质性肺疾病,发病率逐年升高,患者生活质量较差、预后不良,最终导致肺功能严重损害甚至患者死亡。西药治疗包括N-乙酰半胱氨酸、吡非尼酮、尼达尼布等药物治疗和氧疗、肺康复、肺移植等非药物治疗,但治疗效果有限。中医治疗IPF开辟了新的途径,且近年研究显示中医药治疗IPF具有良好的疗效。文章从中医角度对IPF病因病机、药物治疗进行探讨,整理归纳在临床和实验中证实具有抗纤维化潜力的中药复方、中药提取物、注射液并对其功效、机制及现代药理学研究进展进一步阐述。Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a common clinical interstitial lung disease with an increasing incidence year by year,poor quality of life,and poor prognosis,ultimately leading to severe impairment of lung function or even patient death.Western drug therapy includes medications such as N-acetylcysteine,pirfenidone,and nintedanib,as well as non-drug therapies such as oxygen therapy,pulmonary rehabilitation,and lung transplantation.However,the therapeutic effect is limited.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of IPF offers a new approach,and recent studies have shown that TCM has good efficacy in treating IPF.In this paper,we discuss the etiology,pathogenesis,and pharmacological treatment of IPF from the perspective of Chinese medicine.We also summarize the Chinese medicinal compounds,extracts,and injections that have been clinically and experimentally proven to have antifibrotic potential,further elaborating on their efficacy,mechanisms,and the progress of modern pharmacological research.
