摘 要:中药经皮给药历久弥新、方法众多,是中医药外治体系的重要组成部分。文章依托中医“皮部”及“通道”理论,尝试从皮部及其附属结构出发,以皮部-络脉网状通道、气门-玄府微观通道、皮腠-三焦膜性通道等不同维度论述中医皮部和通道的分类分布、形态结构、生理功能,及其与现代实质结构和信息分子的强相关性,解析中药经皮给药的生物传输路径,以期为进一步揭示外治法中药经皮给药的生物传输机制奠定中医理论基础。Transdermal administration of Chinese medicine is an important component of the external treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),with its timeless and numerous methods.Based on the theory of‘cutaneous region’and‘channel’,this article attempts to start from the skin and its affiliated structures,and discuss the classification and distribution,morphological structure,physiological function,and strong correlation with modern substantive structure and information molecules of TCM cutaneous region and channels from different dimensions such as the skin collateral network channel,the spiracle Xuanfu micro channel,and the skin striae Sanjiao membrane channel,to lay a theoretical foundation for further revealing the biological transport mechanism of TCM transdermal administration.
