药食同源经方五味配伍应用研究

摘  要:依据《既是食品又是药品的物品名单》筛选出《伤寒杂病论》18味药食同源药物以及全部由药食同源药物组成的19首药食同源经方。药食同源经方五味配伍以辛甘、甘淡、辛苦为主,总体发挥温阳宣散作用。主治中上二焦病症,如水液不布、寒热扰胃之呕、吐、哕、下利;气机不畅之胸满、胸痛;误治伤正之烦躁。药食同源经方应用广泛,既可养生治未病,又可祛邪治已病,通过加大药量、应用下品药食同源药物可缓解急性症状。According to the List of Articles That Are Both Food and Drugs,18 drugs of medicine and food homologous drugs and 19 prescriptions of medicine and food homology that are all composed of food and food drugs from Shanghan Zabing Lun were selected.Medicine and food from the five taste compatibility to pungent-sweet,sweet-flat and pungent-bitter,overall play the role of warm yang dispersing and dispersing.The main treatment is for diseases of the middle jiao and upper jiao,including vomiting,spiting,retch,diarrhea of fluid retention or cold and heat disturb the stomach,chest filling and pain of qi movement stagnation,frustration of wrong treatment.Medicine and food are widely used,which can not only keep healthy and cure diseases,but also dispel evil and cure diseases.By increasing the amount of drugs,the drug can alleviate acute symptoms.
