论《红树山庄医案》的版本流传及学术思想

摘　　要：《红树山庄医案》系清代著名新安医家叶昶原撰,其子叶韵笙辑。原书12卷,存10卷,涉及内外妇儿诸科,所辑医案辨证明晰,言简意赅,部分医案后随附评论,加以阐释发明,较为完整地反映了叶昶的治学思想。文章对于《红树山庄医案》的版本和调研概况、学术特点启其端绪,反映其新安医学特色及其对后世中医药学传承发展的影响,以期促进新安珍本医籍的保护与流传,又能为当下中医药防治重大疑难疾病提供属于新安医学的鲜活案例。The Medical Case of Mangrove Mountain was written by YE Chang,a famous doctor of Xin’an in the Qing dynasty,his son YE Yunsheng edited.The whole book has 12 volume,ten volumes covering various departments of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrics.The medical cases collected are clear and concise,and some of them are accompanied by comments to provide explanations,which fully reflects YE Chang’s academic ideas.This paper introduces the version,survey overview and academic characteristics of Medical Case of Mangrove Mountain,reflects the characteristics of Xin’an medicine and its influence on the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine in later generations,in order to promote the protection and spread of Xin’an rare medical books,and provide fresh cases of Xin’an medicine for the prevention and treatment of major difficult diseases by traditional Chinese medicine at present.
