摘　　要：香方以辛温升散之香药作为主要组成部分,具备芳香、升清、通达等特性,正合小儿特禀体质及病理特点,在《圣济总录》小儿病中发挥重要作用。书中香方多为小方,内服香方多制成香丸,谨遵宣散透邪、消导散结、理气和中等治法,妙用“麝香-木香”“木香-丁香”等“香对”,善疗小儿脾胃肠道疾病及神志病;外用香方常用香熏、渍浴、淋洗等方法,擅治小儿皮肤疹癣及官窍疾病。治疗小儿感瘴疟邪气时,亦可用内外合治之法以兼顾表里。The aromatic prescription takes the aromatic drug of Xinwen Shengsan as the main component,which has the characteristics of fragrant,promoting clear,accessible and so on.It is in line with the special constitution and pathological characteristics of children,and plays an important role in the pediatric diseases of Shengji Zonglu.The aromatic prescriptions in the book are mostly small.The internal aromatic prescriptions are mostly made into aromatic pills,and strictly followed by the treatment methods of dispersing and dispelling evil,promoting digestion and eliminating stagnation,and regulating qi and harmonizing the middle energizer,and cleverly using‘Shexiang-Muxiang’‘Muxiang-Dingxiang’and other‘aromatic drug pairs’.They are good at treating spleen gastrointestinal diseases and mental diseases in children.For external use,aromatic prescriptions are commonly used by incense fumigation method,socking bath method,leaching method and so on.They are adept in treating skin rash and tinea and some orifice diseases in children.In addition,when treating children with malaria evil,the therapy of combining internal and external treatment can also be adopted to balance the exterior and interior.
