气化理论阐释桂枝汤及其类方

摘　　要：人体的气化取象比类于《黄帝内经》“地气上为云,天气下为雨”,是天人合一思想的体现。人体的气化过程是腐熟胃中水谷,脾气散精,三焦膜系输送水谷精微至肌肉,肺主皮毛,再从玄府排汗的过程。文章以气化理论阐释桂枝汤及其类方,认为无论邪气在皮肤层面、肌肉层面、三焦膜系层面,均可用桂枝汤促进人体气化,增强汗的形成过程,令邪气随汗而出。桂枝汤的类方,如项背强几几加葛根,漏汗不止加炮附子,腹满时痛加芍药,微喘加厚朴、杏子等,均可用人体气化理论解释其病机的变化,从而加减药味。The gasification in the human body is similar to the concept of‘the earth qi ascends to be cloud,the air qi descends to be rain’in Inner Canon of Huangdi,which embodies the idea of harmony of man with nature.The gasification in the human body involves the process of maturing water and grains in the stomach,dissipating energy in the spleen,and transporting water and grain essence to the muscles through the triple energizer membrane system,the lung governs the skin and hair,and perspiration is discharged from the pores.The article explains Guizhi Decoction and its associated prescriptions based on the theory of gasification.It believes that no matter whether the pathogenic qi is in the skin,muscle,or the triple energizer membrane system,Guizhi Decoction can be used to promote gasification in the human body,enhance the formation of sweat,and allow the pathogenic qi to exit with sweat.The associated prescriptions of Guizhi Decoction,such as adding Puerariae Lobatae Radix to the treatment of strong neck pain,adding processed Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata to the treatment of sweating,adding Paeonia lactiflora Pall to the treatment of abdominal pain,and adding Magnolia and Bitter Almond to the treatment of mild asthma,can still be used to explain the changes in the pathogenesis of the disease using the theory of gasification in the human body,and thus to adjust the dosage of the herbs.
