摘  要:[目的/意义]在公共文化服务走向数智化成为必然的环境下,分析当前我国公共文化机构服务数智化存在的问题与面临的困境,从而为公共文化机构服务数智化的发展提供有效建议。[方法/过程]通过挖掘公共文化机构在社交媒体平台发布的数智化相关内容及其用户行为信息,探究其服务数智化的关注度与实现情况,以及公共文化机构应用场景下以AIGC等为代表的数智技术的受众群体对于公共文化机构服务数智化的关注重点与情感倾向。[结果/结论]目前公共文化机构对于数智化的整体关注度和实现情况还有待提升,其中,公共博物馆对于数智化的关注度和实现程度相对更高。用户对于公共文化机构服务数智化的主要关注属性围绕智能机器人、虚拟数智人、三维文物、展览观看以及文物AI建模这几个主题展开,其整体情感倾向偏负面。公共文化机构应当顺应用户需求,积极完善和改进自身数智化服务,进而提升自身服务数智化的发展水平。[Purpose/Significance]In the context of the inevitable trend of digital intelligence transformation of public cultural services,it is essential to analyze the existing issues and challenges faced by public cultural institu tions in China to offer effective recommendations for their future development.[Method/Process]By mining digital intelligence-related content and user behavior information published by public cultural institutions on social media platforms,this study explored the attention and implementation levels of digital intelligence in their services.It further examined the audience’s focus and sentiment tendencies towards the digital intelligence of public cultural institution services in application scenarios,especially in AIGC(Artificial Intelligence Generated Content).[Result/Conclusion]Currently,the overall attention and implementation of digital intelligence by public cultural institutions still require enhancement.Public museums exhibit relatively higher levels of attention and implementation towards digital intelli gence.Users’attention to the digital intelligence of public cultural institution services is mainly reflected in intelligent robots,virtual digital humans,three-dimensional cultural relics,exhibition viewing,and AI modeling of cultural relics,and their overall sentiment tendency is slightly negative.Public cultural institutions should adapt to user demands,ac tively improve their digital intelligence services,and enhance the development of their digital intelligence services.
