摘  要:磁性离子交换(MIEX)树脂是用于净化饮用水技术的关键载体,依赖进口采购。为解决树脂进口成本高的问题,研发新型国产树脂,利用热重、沉降、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、粒度分析试验,对比其与进口MIEX树脂的材料性能。开展应用2种树脂的生产性中试试验。试验结果表明,国产树脂与MIEX树脂的沉降速度接近,且其对于单宁酸和磷酸盐去除率优于MIEX树脂。SEM试验表明,国产树脂表面疏松多孔,比表面积较大,有利于吸附过程,循环应用前后,其粒度分布主要集中在150~350μm。通水倍数为800 BV情况下,国产树脂COD_(Mn)去除率为42.44%,优于MIEX树脂,处理效果能满足生产需求。X射线荧光光谱(XRF)试验证明,磷酸根(PO_(4)^(3-))和硫酸根(SO_(4)^(2-))等阴离子能被国产树脂有效吸附,其再生性能较好,可长期使用。综上,研发的国产树脂对MIEX树脂有可靠的替代性。Magnetic ion exchange(MIEX)resin is a key carrier for purifying drinking water technology and relies on imported procurement.To address the issue of high resin import costs,a new type of domestically produced resin has been developed,and its material properties have been compared with those of import MIEX resin through thermogravimetric,sedimentation,scanning electron microscope(SEM),and particle size analysis tests.Production pilot tests using two types of resins were conducted.The experimental results showed that the settling speed of domestic resin was similar to that of MIEX resin,and its removal efficiency for tannic acid and phosphate was better than that of MIEX resin.SEM experiment showed that surface of domestic resin was loose and porous,with a larger specific surface area,which was conducive to the adsorption process.Before and after cyclic application,the particle size distribution was mainly concentrated in the range of 150~350μm.At a water flow rate of 800 BV,the COD_(Mn) removal rate of domestic resin was 42.44%,which was better than MIEX resin.Thus,its treatment effect can meet production needs.The X-ray fluorescence spectrum(XRF)test proved that anions such as phosphate(PO3-4)and sulfate(SO_(4)^(2-))could be effectively adsorbed by domestic resin,and their regeneration performance was good,which could be used for a long time.In summary,the domestically developed resin has reliable substitutability for MIEX resin.
