摘 要:我国磷资源总量大,但能被有效利用的数量却较少,且磷是一种被广泛应用且不可再生的自然资源。由于人类对环境不合理的开发利用,大量磷营养物质排入河流、湖泊,使藻类大量生长繁殖,造成水体中溶解氧量急剧降低,致使水环境迅速恶化,水体富营养化严重且影响到生活用水和工业水供给。因此,通过污水治理实现磷回收,对生态修复和资源再利用都具有十分重要的作用。鸟粪石结晶法可以高效回收污水中的磷酸盐,实现磷资源的回收利用,形成的鸟粪石晶体可以作为肥料用于农业生产和花卉种植,实现良好的经济和环境效益。文章以富含氮磷的模拟养猪废水为例,采用电化学鸟粪石沉淀法开展资源化磷回收的试验研究。通过构建以镁金属板为阳极,钛金属板为阴极的电化学鸟粪石沉淀磷回收体系,考察电流密度、极板间距、磷氮质量浓度比、pH、电解时间及COD_(Cr)对磷回收效果的影响。结果表明:最佳反应条件为电流密度2.14m A/cm^(2),极板间距为30 mm,磷氮质量浓度比为1∶10,pH值为9.5,电解时间为60 min时,磷回收率可达99.79%。通过采用XRD和SEM对沉淀产物进行表征,结果显示在最佳反应条件下的沉淀产物为鸟粪石,且获得的鸟粪石品质优良,晶型优异。同时在最佳反应条件下,COD_(Cr)未对磷回收产生明显影响。The total amount of phosphorus resources in China is large,but the amount that can be effectively utilized is small,and phosphorus is a widely used and non-renewable natural resource.Due to the unreasonable development and utilization of the environment by human beings,a large amount of phosphorus nutrients are discharged into rivers and lakes,causing a large number of algae to grow and multiply,resulting in a sharp decrease in the amount of dissolved oxygen in the water body,resulting in the rapid deterioration of the water environment,serious eutrophication of the water body and affecting the supply of domestic water and industrial water.Therefore,phosphorus recovery through wastewater treatment plays a very important role in ecological restoration and resource reuse.The struvite crystallization method can efficiently recover the phosphate in wastewater,realize the recycling of phosphorus resources,and the struvite crystals formed can be used as fertilizer for agricultural production and flower planting,and achieve good economic and environmental benefits.In this paper,the simulated pig-raising wastewater rich in nitrogen and phosphorus was taken as an example,and the experimental study of resource phosphorus recovery was carried out by electrochemical struvite precipitation method.By constructing an electrochemical struvite precipitated phosphorus recovery system with magnesium metal plate as anode and titanium metal plate as cathode,the effects of current density,plate spacing,phosphorus-nitrogen mass concentration ratio,pH,electrolysis time and COD_(Cr) on phosphorus recovery effect were investigated,and the results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were 2.14 mA/cm^(2),plate spacing was 30 mm,phosphorus-nitrogen concentration ratio was 1∶10,pH value was 9.5,and the electrolysis time was 60 min,and the phosphorus recovery rate could reach 99%.The precipitation products were characterized by XRD and SEM,and the results showed that the precipitation products under the best reaction conditions were s
