摘  要:利用赤泥、田菁粉和碳粉在高温焙烧条件下制备电催化性能良好的赤泥基粒子电极。文章探讨了赤泥基粒子电极在三维电催化处理焦化废水过程中的电催化特性。研究结果表明:350℃焙烧温度制备的粒子电极在填充量为废水体积80%、电流密度为100 A/m^(2)、反应时间为75 min的三维电催化条件下,对焦化废水COD_(Cr)和挥发酚的去除率分别达到66.60%和81.79%,处理1 m^(3)焦化废水耗电量为0.11 k W·h。该三维电催化系统经过480 h连续运行,COD_(Cr)的去除率大于60%,挥发酚的去除率大于76%,稳定性较好,电催化性能优于二维电催化氧化体系。Red mud based particle electrode with good electrocatalytic performance was prepared by red mud,sesbania powder and carbon dust under high temperature.The electrocatalytic characteristics of red mud based particle electrode in three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation treatment of coking wastewater were investigated.The results showed that the removal rate of COD_(Cr) and volatile phenol were 66.60%and 81.79%under the current density of 100 A/m^(2),reaction time of 75 min and the particle electrode filling amount was 80%of the wastewater volume by the three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation system using the particle electrode which was prepared at roasting temperature of 350℃.The power consumption was 0.11 kW·h/m^(3) coking wastewater.The threedimensional electrocatalytic oxidation system after 480 h continuous operation,the COD_(Cr) removal rate was greater than 60%and volatile phenol was greater than 76%,the stability and the electrocatalytic performance were superior to the two-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation system.
