摘 要:为探究人工快速造粒好氧颗粒污泥及其培养过程中的形态变化和对印花废水脱氮处理效果,以剩余脱水污泥为原料,进行人工快速造粒并接种驯化培养。结果表明:剩余污泥可成功实现造粒,造粒好氧污泥可直接启动好氧颗粒污泥(aerobic granular sludge,AGS)处理系统,经过70 d满负荷运行,颗粒污泥形态仍保持相对完整和稳定,对于高氨印花废水,在原水COD_(Cr)质量浓度为(600±45) mg/L、氨氮为(285±64) mg/L、TN为(343±56) mg/L时,平均出水COD_(Cr)质量浓度小于200mg/L,氨氮小于15 mg/L,TN小于30 mg/L,平均去除率分别为86.9%、99.3%和93.4%。微生物群落结构高通量测序结果表明,系统内群落多样性丰富,其中硝化功能菌的丰度显著增加,而反硝化功能菌群减少幅度很小,对于脱氮起到了重要作用。研究可为同类型污水处理中发展高效低碳的AGS工艺提供参考。In order to explore the morphological changes of aerobic granular sludge during artificial rapid granulation and its cultivation process,as well as the denitrification treatment effect on printing wastewater,residual dehydrated sludge was used as raw material for artificial rapid granulation and inoculation domestication cultivation.The results showed that the excess sludge can be granulated successfully,and the granulation aerobic granular sludge could directly start the aerobic granular sludge(AGS)treatment system.After 70 days of full load operation,the granular sludge morphology remained relatively complete and stable.For high ammonia printing wastewater,when the COD_(Cr) of the raw water was(600±45)mg/L,ammonia nitrogen was(285±64)mg/L,and TN was(343±56)mg/L,the average effluent COD_(Cr) was less than 200 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen was less than 15 mg/L,TN is less than 30 mg/L,and the average removal rates were 86.9%,99.3%and 93.4%.The high-throughput sequencing results of microbial community structure indicate that the community diversity within the system is rich,with a significant increase in the abundance of nitrifying functional bacteria and a small decrease in the denitrification functional bacterial community,which plays an important role in nitrogen removal.This study can provide reference for the development of efficient and low-carbon AGS processes in the same type of wastewater treatment.
