污泥快速堆肥发酵技术在北京河西再生水厂中的试验

摘　　要：北京丰台河西再生水厂二期工程是一座设计规模为5.0万m^(3)/d的再生水厂,出水标准执行《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB11/890—2012)中B标准,其污泥处理系统设计采用板框脱水+好氧堆肥处理工艺;在此水厂中,好氧堆肥采用污泥快速堆肥发酵技术,通过加入芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)微生物接种剂缩短堆肥发酵时间至8 d,并通过前期试验验证,得到良好的发酵效果。保证效果的同时也能够减少除臭风机及除臭装置的容量,同时减少占地面积,为其他工程提供经验。The phaseⅡproject of Beijing Fengtai Hexi reclaimed WWTP is a designed scale of 50000 m^(3)/d recycled WWTP,with the effluent standard complying with the B standard in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(DB11/890—2012).The sludge treatment system design adopts a plate and frame dehydration+aerobic composting treatment process.In this WWTP,aerobic composting adopts sludge rapid fermentation composting technology,which shortens the composting fermentation time to 8 days by adding Bacillus microbial inoculants.Through preliminary experimental verification,good fermentation effects have been achieved.While ensuring the effectiveness,it can also reduce the capacity of deodorization fans and devices,while reducing the floor area,providing experience for other projects.
