摘　　要：近年来工程建设项目审批制度改革在各地政府持续推进,同时在国家法治政府建设和数字政府建设背景下,运用互联网、大数据等信息技术,对行政权力运行进行有效监管,是改革得以行稳致远必然要面对的问题。文章以工程建设项目审批管理信息平台为基础,建设审批监管功能,对各类审批场景的异常情况进行实时监督,同时引入可视化统计分析功能,打造了审批权力的数据“笼子”,为监管部门开展监督管理工作提供了有力的抓手,对地方政府在工改领域审批权力监督提供了经验启示。In recent years,the reform of the engineering construction projects approval system has been continuously promoted by local governments.At the same time,under the background of the construction of the national rule of law government and digital government,the use of information technologies such as the Internet and Big Data to effectively supervise the operation of administrative power is an inevitable problem that the reform can be stabilized and far-reaching.Based on the information platform of engineering construction projects approval management,this paper constructs the examination and approval supervision function,supervises the abnormal situation of various examination and approval scenarios in real time.At the same time,it introduces the visual statistical analysis function,creates the data“cage”of the examination and approval power,provides a powerful grasp of the supervision and management work of the supervision department,and provides experience and enlightenment for the local governments to supervise the examination and approval power in the field of industrial reform.
