摘 要:为筛选出魔芋生产施肥量的最佳配比,采用3因素、4水平和14个处理(3414)设计试验,以空白(N0P0K0)为对照,测定各个处理的魔芋产量,研究氮、磷、钾不同处理的魔芋产量与产值效益关系,通过一元二次方程模型计算出氮、磷、钾各因子对魔芋产量的影响,通过三元二次方程模型得出施肥量的最佳配比。结果表明,氮、磷、钾对魔芋的产量和效益影响较大,其中处理6(N2P2K2)的产量最高,为36706 kg/hm^(2),与对照相比,增产85.44%,净收入202716元/hm^(2);单因素分析表明,氮因素对产量影响较大,经济最佳产量所对应的施氮、磷、钾量分别是192、93和243 kg/hm^(2);3因素分析表明,魔芋的最高产量对应的氮、磷和钾施肥量分别为249、108和306 kg/hm^(2),此时最高产量为36660 kg/hm^(2);魔芋经济产量对应的氮、磷、钾施肥量分别为193、94和269 kg/hm^(2),此时最佳经济产量为34978 kg/hm^(2)。研究结果为魔芋高产高效栽培提供参考。To screen out the optimal ratio of konjac production and fertilization amount,a design experiment with 3 factors,4 levels and 14 treatments(“3414”)was used to determine the yield of konjac under each treatment with blank(N0P0K0)as the control,and the relationship between the yield of konjac under different treatments of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium and the output value benefit were studied.The influence of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium factors on the yield of konjac was calculated through the one-unit quadratic equation model.The optimum ratio of fertilizer application amount was obtained by ternary quadratic equation model.The results showed that nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium had great influence on the yield of konjac.The yield of treatment 6(N2P2K2)was the highest,which was 36706 kg/hm^(2).Compared with the control,the increase was 85.44%,and the net income was 202716 yuan/hm^(2).The single factor analysis showed that the nitrogen factor had a great influence on the yield,and the corresponding nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium application amounts were 192,93 and 243 kg/hm^(2),respectively.The 3 factor analysis showed that the maximum yield of konjac was 249,108 and 306 kg/hm^(2),respectively,and the maximum yield was 36660 kg/hm^(2).The application amounts of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium corresponding to konjac economic yield were 193,94 and 269 kg/hm^(2),respectively,and the optimal economic yield was 34978 kg/hm^(2).The results provided references for high yield and high efficiency cultivation of konjac.
