摘 要:选择SW01—SW36共36个5年生3代杉木无性系及1个当地杉木种子苗作为试验对象,对其树高、胸径和材积3个主要生长性状进行测定和分析,采用对比法选择优良无性系。结果表明,5年生杉木无性系的3个主要生长性状间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.01),且重复力较高(68.15%~81.34%),材积变异系数17.68%,可利用材积性状进行优良无性系选择;对比法选择了SW03、SW07和SW09等8个早期速生型优良无性系,其平均材积比试验平均值高25.94%,与试验对照相比,平均现实增益48.79%,平均遗传增益33.25%,增产潜力明显,应用推广价值较高。研究结果为杉木优良无性系选择及推广提供参考。365-year-old third-generation Chinese fir clones SW01~SW36 and 1 local Chinese fir seed seedling were selected as experimental forests,the 3 main growth traits of tree height,breast height diameter,and volume in the experimental forest were measured and analyzed.A comparative method was used to select excellent clones.The results showed that there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01)among the 3 main growth traits of 5-year-old Chinese fir clones,and the repeatability was high(68.15%~81.34%).The coefficient of variation of volume was 17.68%,which could be used for selecting excellent clones based on volume traits.The comparative method selected 8 early fastgrowing excellent clones,including SW03,SW07,and SW09,with average volume 25.94%higher than the experimental average.Compared with the experimental control,the average practical gain was 48.79%,and the average genetic gain was 33.25%.The potential for increased yield is significant,and its application and promotion value was great.The research results provided references for the selection and promotion of excellent clones of Chinese fir.
